Part 1:   Work   Blocking

This workshop discusses options for incorporating   Work   Blocking   into department or individual calendars. Some people find it helpful to have planned schedules with dedicated   work   sessions. This allows employees to conduct focused, efficient, and productive   work, confirm priorities, and see progress made at regular intervals.  

 

Part 2:   Calendar   Capacity

Rather than ad hoc and constant multi-tasking, in   Calendar   Capacity we use hours-per-week and value-specific equations to calculate the percentage of time dedicated each week to each area of a job, team, or departmental goals. In clear and concrete terms, the exercise assigns value to our values.
