Please see the attached document for the MassArt policy and processes for payments to international (non-immigrant alien) visiting artists. Please note, this policy is for short-term visiting artists only; for international hires or visiting scholars, please contact the IEC and Human Resources.
Complete steps are clearly listed in a checklist within the document above, and must be followed in order for your visiting artist to receive payment or reimbursement. All visiting artists must fill out the declaration below in order to receive approval to be paid an honorarium or reimbursement
Template Invitation Letters
At time of visit, all host departments must fill out the following forms and return them to the IEC
- Payment Request
- Visiting Artist Invoice
- Expense Report (if providing reimbursement)
