Student employees must submit their hours worked via TimesheetX to their supervisor for approval. After the supervisor reviews the hours worked you approve the time electronically. Timesheets are to be approved every other Thursday, by 10AM (unless indicated otherwise on Payroll schedule). TimesheetX will send reminders to students and supervisors when the approval deadline approaches. Please see the payroll schedule below for exact dates and deadlines.
Along with approval of your work study hire, a PDF will be provided to the supervisor regarding information on how to approve submitted time, as well as Log-In credentials. If there are any questions or concerns about using the TimesheetX system please contact Derek Lewis at email@example.com.
Payroll will issue students' checks based on the timesheets submitted online. Checks are available the following Friday, and can be picked up in Payroll. If a student lives off-campus, and does not pick up their check on Friday, their check will be mailed on Monday afternoon.
Students are encouraged to sign up for Direct Deposit, since it is the most convenient way to get paid.
