Government and Community Relations serves as a liaison between the college and its neighbors-residents, business and civic organizations, and local governmental agencies in the city of Boston. The office represents the college in several community organizations and activities whose mission is closely aligned with that of the college. These include the Mission Hill Problem Property Task Force, the Wentworth Institute of Technology Community Task Force, the Fenway Alliance, and MASCO.
The office supports community programs and initiatives that advance the interests of both the college and the community through donations of in-kind services, volunteerism, and assisting and co-hosting various community events.
