We request that anyone who is only here for testing and/or is Restricted on CoVerified enter and exit through the North Hall entrance.

Q.Can walk-ins be accommodated at the test site?


  1.  If you are feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms, it is best to make an appointment with a clinician who can evaluate you and devise a plan for your health. You should not NOT come to campus if you are experiencing symptoms. Please do not schedule a test if you are experiencing symptoms. 


A: No, you do not need to be cleared in CoVerified if you are only coming to campus for a test. You will need to bring your MassArt ID, and sign in at the front desk of DMCenter through the North Hall entrance.

Q: Why am I restricted on CoVerified? 


If it says you are not following testing protocol compliance, you are overdue for a test. Please make an appointment for a test ASAP, and email to be cleared to access DMC for your test. If you have not tested within your required frequency, you will be restricted. 


A: Students who are taking 100% remote classes, are not living on campus, and will not be accessing campus are not required to be tested. If you plan on regularly accessing campus during the semester, you will need to be tested according to this schedule.

Q: Can I get tested outside of MassArt?

A: We will be allowing our MassArt members to receive PCR molecular tests at off-campus locations, but to allow access to campus, we will require the submission proof of paperwork to show negative test results at the same required frequency for our MassArt community standards. 

Please upload the documentation of your negative test results into the CoVerified app. You can also email with the subject line RE: External COVID results.

Access to Campus

Q: As a student, how do I get access to campus for studio space, using wifi, etc?


A: If you are on campus regularly, you will need to show your MassArt ID , and your CoVerified app , and sign in at the main entrances of Kennedy or DMC. 

If you are not on campus regularly, you need to submit a NeoGov form and notify the appropriate supervisors to get approval to come to campus


Q.  Do I need to receive COVID testing?
