We’re pleased to announce that MassArt’s COVID-19 Campus Dashboard is now live, displaying key metrics on the health and safety measures we’re taking to protect our college community. The MassArt metrics displayed in the dashboard, along with comparative metrics from Boston and Massachusetts, will be updated every Wednesday to reflect data from the previous week.
Weekly Summary (Jan.
12 - Jan.
A total of 4 2 people received positive test results from campus testing. Contact tracing has been completed and these individuals are being supported through their isolation period
One person has self-reported that they tested positive from off-campus testing and is being supported through their isolation period
A total of 3 2 people self-identified as close contacts from off-campus exposures and are now being supported through their quarantine period
Since we started testing in August, we have conducted a total of 13,075333 COVID tests, and we have had 40 42 community members who have received positive test results
Despite our limited January testing hours, students who are experiencing symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who has COVID will be able access testing if they reach out to our team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or call/texting 401.281.9332. Tests conducted on days other than when we provide regular testing will be included in the dashboard
A note about positivity rate: we are conducting fewer tests due to the limited number of people on campus & Monday holiday which skews the positive test rate due the low number of overall tests
We will be waiting until after the add/drop to update the De-Densification metrics on the dashboard- this update will happen on February 10, 2021
