UPDATE: The bulk of this weekend's maintenance has been successfully completed, and the campus network and systems have been restored to full functionality.  However, we are continuing to troubleshoot some issues with the MassArt wireless network, affecting a small number of access points on campus, and we will provide further updates when those issues have been resolved.…
We will be performing some emergency maintenance on Colleague beginning at midnight on May 22, 2015.  We expect Colleague and daVinci to be unavailable for 2-3 hours.
We will be doing some maintenance on the Confluence wiki tonight at approximately 11:00 p.m.  During that period, you may lose connectivity to the wiki for 5-15 minutes.  Please report any issues to Tech Central at 617.879.7888 or

We received reports over the weekend that some users were unable to transfer funds to their Fenway Card accounts.  We have confirmed with Card-Smith that they were experiencing issues with their systems and that those issues have now been resolved.
Please be advised that we will be performing some scheduled maintenance on some of our servers next Wednesday morning, April 22nd, between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. During this time, access to Colleague and da Vinci may be interrupted. UPDATE: The maintenance was completed successfully at 6:30 a.m.  All systems are functioning normally. UPDATE 12:00 p.m. 3/18/15  We believe we have, for the most part, resolved the issues users have experience over the last several days. We are currently in the process of following up with community members who reported issues to the trouble-ticketing system (Footprints). Our primary focus, at this point, is to restore network connectivity and ensure reliable and stable internet connections for users’ mobile devices and computers connected to the MassArt wifi network.…
Update: We believe we have resolved the issues with the campus wireless network. Our systems are showing the access points as online and stable, and our testing has confirmed this. We are following up with individuals who reported issues to confirm that they are resolved.
